This women wellbeing circle honors the unapologetic G(oddess) within us all. Pek Pek means p***y in Kat’s ancestral Filipino tongue. Experience sensual self love and self care in community.

We'll dive into a two-hour IN PERSON empowering experience where we play and explore with mindfulness, movement, breath, dance, sensuality, voice and sharing in appreciation for all that we are and are not in this journey of being human and a womxn.

Each month is intuitively co created to reclaim your INNER WISDOM, strengthen
the whispers of your body, and increase your SELF TRUST and CONSCIOUS CONNECTION.
