We partnered with Elliott Excavating on the Whitworth Townhomes project, completing all excavation and underground infrastructure.
The scope included full site clearing and stump removal, installation of sewer, water, power, and telecommunications, and tying into two existing water mains (8” and 6”). New 8” and 6” ductile iron lines were installed, connected together, and a 6” C900 water main was brought into the development.

We also installed the drywell and swale and completed the final subgrade prep. The site is now ready for paving.
