We are looking for a new Production Team Member. We keep our hours very family friendly, and have a very close knit team. The hours being Monday-Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, with weekends.

There is plenty of room for moving up and growing into a career. Willing to train anyone with the right attitude and eagerness to learn. Most of our staff has been here for more than several years. We pride ourselves in the fact we have very little turnover with plenty of on the job training. The Production Team Member would be working with screen printing, digital printing, laminating, computer cut graphics, and finish work. Familiarity with color profiling a plus.


Responsibilities / Duties:
• Computer skills ex. Log into jobs via a job tracking system.
• Effectively communicate with production manager. Interact with all departments to develop effective solutions and practices.
• Visually inspect products and request quality checks from Art Department.
• Maintain quality and production standards in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Must be willing to cross-train and assist in other departments as necessary.

Qualifications / Skills:
• Ability to work alone and with others.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and support team mentality.
• Effective verbal communication.
• Must have an eye for color matching.
• Must be able to lift large vinyl rolls.

Skills that would be obtained with on the job training.
- Managing daily workflow with four digital presses
- Perform routine maintenance
- Work/communicate with all departments to complete jobs on time
- Color profiling

Responsibilities / Duties:
• Read work orders to determine the correct materials, press, and processes required to complete jobs.

• Load digital printing press with specified substrate.

• Use correct RIP profiles for job.

• Coordinate operation of all four presses at the same time, if required.

• Log into jobs via a job tracking system.

• Effectively communicate with production manager. Interact with all departments to develop effective solutions and practices.

• Visually inspect products and request quality checks from Art Department.

• Maintain quality and production standards in accordance with company policies and procedures.

• Observe and monitor machine operations to detect and correct malfunctions.

• Maintain digital printing presses and execute preventative maintenance.

• Must be willing to cross-train and assist in other departments as necessary.

Bonus Qualifications / Skills:
• 1 year of digital printing experience.
• Ability to work alone and with others.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and support team mentality.
• Effective verbal communication.
• Must have an eye for color matching.
• Must be able to lift large vinyl rolls.
