Working with this year was an absolute pleasure. From the top down, these guys were completely bought into all aspects of the game. They were committed to the process, worked on the little things each and every day and played for each other. They flat out competed. It was no surprise at all when they clinched the big sky title. Since early this fall this team has been dedicated to being all-in physically and mentally! 💪 Big things are coming for this group!

If you find yourself doubting yourself and your abilities before heading into something new or challenging (AKA imposter syndrome) you are essentially neglecting all of the hard work that you have already done in order to put yourself in this position.

Recognize that you are doing this, remind yourself of the work that you have put in and continue on.

You’ve done the physical work, now comes the mental side of believing in yourself and embracing uncertainty.
