About the Role
Join the team behind the scenes at Spartan Theatre! SFCC seeks a Lead Scenic Carpenter to lead scenic construction, installation, and strike for productions and events while working collaboratively with faculty, artists, and students in a supportive, hands-on learning environment focused on safety and professional practice.

Responsibilities:
Lead scenic builds, supervise students, maintain a safe shop, and support productions.

Qualifications:
1+ year scenic/technical theatre experience; strong safety and tool knowledge; able to read drawings, lift 50 lbs., work at heights, and maintain schedule flexibility.

Benefits
