Chef Curtis Hamond and team will be attending Crave Northwest this week to showcase some of his culinary delights he has created for our Dinner Menu here at Waffle’s Plus. It’s a 3-Day festival July 11th-13th in the Spokane Valley to showcase Chefs in the Northwest’s culinary scene. Each night is a different themed extravaganza with food dishes to match each night.

1st Night- Thursday night is our comfort food hoedown showdown featuring modern versions of down home cooking with our chef’s putting on their own twist to compete to be the best of the best. Also be on the lookout for square dancing, line dances and cowboy hats during our country themed dinner with live music. This will be a night to be remembered.

2nd Night- Friday night highlights food from around the World and a Carnivale festival of wonders to capture your imagination. You will be entertained with live music and taste some of the best food from regional & national chefs in addition to amazing beer, cider, and wine from our region!

3rd Night- This night is a culinary adventure of smoke and fired foods from amazing national and regional chefs! Add live music, beer, cider, and wine and you will be delighted!
