This is by far the best oatmeal mix that I have found. It has all the healthy carbs without all the bad sugars. It is so yummy too! I cook it as directed on the package, however I add a lil more yumminess. Once o add the oat mix to the water I add 1/2 tbsp. Of monk fruit sweetener and 1 tsp of vanilla extract. Then once it is done cooking And transferred to a bowl I add sugar free maple syrup to taste ( start with a lil and add as desired) then tip with a few berries. So, healthy, quick, easy…and DELICIOUS!
