One thing we keep coming back to lately is how much people are craving real connection.

Not just more places to go or more things to do, but spaces where they can actually exhale. Spaces where conversation can unfold naturally. Spaces where creativity is not about being “good” at something, but about allowing ourselves to be present with one another.

That is why we created The Making Space.

A monthly gathering where we come together to create with our hands, connect through conversation, and step outside the boxes we have been taught to live inside of. A space where depth is welcome. Curiosity is encouraged. Creativity is shared. Presence is practiced.

There is something powerful that happens when people create alongside one another. The walls come down a little. The pressure softens. We stop trying so hard to “get it right” and begin listening more closely to ourselves and each other.

This month’s theme is: Mending.

Bring something to mend if you’d like, or simply bring a creative project that is calling to you. Throughout the evening we will weave in gentle prompts and conversation around repair, care, restoration, and the things in life that deserve our attention.

Jessica here. I have been feeling the pull of this offering for a long time, and finally the timing, the space, and the right horse have come into place.

Growing up with horses, I know the power they carry and the kind of space they hold for us. There is something deeply humbling about being in the presence of an animal that is so grounded, so sensitive, and still entirely their own.

These 90-minute sessions weave together energy work by myself, grounded presence, and the quiet support of a horse who is free to roam, respond, and hold space in the way only a horse can.

There is truly nothing like feeling the presence of a horse while you are moving through something energetically. Their presence can bring us back into our bodies, into the moment, and into the truth of what is ready to be released, witnessed, or remembered.

No specific level of connection with the horse is guaranteed, and that is part of the beauty of this work. The horse responds honestly. What unfolds is what is meant to unfold.

I am offering an introductory rate for the first 10 clients at $133. After that, sessions will be $173.
