Great design starts with understanding how a space needs to work. For this project, we spent time upfront building detailed programming questionnaires for each department, learning how teams operate, where they collaborate, and what they need day to day.

That insight shaped everything. From how spaces connect, to where people gather, focus, and reset. Amenities like the gym, kitchen, and flexible work zones were not extras, they were intentional decisions based on how the company supports its people. Because when process leads, the design performs.
