Non-Compete Agreements! On Friday we heard from our member Ben Rascoff of Winston & Cashatt Lawyers on this subject and the recent changes to law that are in effect. There is an earnings threshold of $116,500+ before an employer can enforce it or $291,500+ for contract labor thresholds. Those amounts are also adjusted for inflation each year so that number is rising. There we're other changes that the SEA lunch meeting attendees found very interesting.
