Our Mission

We are a district of free public charter schools serving our community here in Spokane, Washington.

The mission of PRIDE Schools is to prepare a diverse range of students for a life of learning in post-secondary education, citizenship, and leadership. We strive to honor the diversity and capacity of people through innovative education design. Our interdisciplinary curriculum provides a challenging, hands-on project-based learning experience. We are an authorized International Baccalaureate Middle Years School (and soon to be IB Diploma Program authorized), striving to create a more peaceful world through cultural understanding and respect.

Our students are inspired to create, innovate, and challenge the status quo in a world that demands better-designed systems, new solutions, and increased communication. We serve grades 6-8 at Pride Prep Middle School, and grades 9-12 at Innovation High School.
