Here is what Natasha has to share about her journey and why she loves the work she does:

"Hi, my name is Natasha, and I’m an Employment Specialist with Career Path Services. I stumbled into workforce development three years ago and instantly knew I’d found my place. I’ve always been drawn to helping others grow; first as a preschool teacher, then as a mentor to Early Childhood Educators, but this work opened a whole new chapter for me. Supporting someone as they take steps toward stability, confidence, and self‑sufficiency is incredibly fulfilling. Every time a participant moves closer to their goals, I’m reminded why I do what I do: because everyone deserves someone in their corner, cheering them on as they build the future they want."
