Having served as Division Executive of System Advancement, he has played a key role in strengthening our regional workforce system, advancing data-driven strategies, and building strong relationships with employers, educators, and community partners.

A 24-year United States Air Force veteran, Kevin’s leadership reflects a mission-driven approach focused on results, collaboration, and community impact.

We are excited for this next chapter and confident in Kevin’s vision to continue expanding opportunity for job seekers and supporting the evolving needs of Spokane County’s businesses.
