My #1 piece of advice for summer is... don't be afraid to put your kids to bed when it's still light out! Seriously. Just because the sun sets later does NOT mean that your child's biological sleep clock can adjust to a later bedtime or that your baby's evening wake time tolerance changes. A later bedtime can lead to a sleep debt and a host of other sleep issues. Invest in some stellar room darkening shades! đź“·:
