The Best Real Estate Agents Are Like Ducks…
The real estate market has seen some ups and downs lately, and even with the craziness of our recent merger with Epique Realty, our agents have never lost sight of what matters most: creating amazing experiences for clients as they navigate the complex world of buying or selling a home. Cambria and I feel honored to support these talented agents from behind the scenes.
Some people think being a real estate agent is easy – unlock a few doors, write a contract, and rake in the commission, right? Wrong!
This is a tricky business – 63% of agents quit in their first year, and almost 9 out of 10 leave before year three.
The best agents are like ducks. Above the water, they are calm and graceful, but below the surface, they are paddling like crazy!
Cambria and I love our work and the people we serve.
Cambria often fields calls from agents late into the night and early in the morning, seeking support as they advocate for their clients.
While we are both trained Performance Coaches, I focus on helping agents manage burnout, find fulfillment, and care for themselves, while Cambria handles the day-to-day.

Kiaya Henry: Our daughter Kiaya was warned we would not give her special treatment. We are happy to say she has risen to the challenge, working incredibly hard and earning the respect of her peers.
Emily Maximus: Another dynamic young agent, Emily's drive and grace are impressive. She is another powerhouse in our group, exuding grace and a passion for mentoring her peers early in her career.
