Breaking the spirit of poverty through the dignity of work.

The Eastern Washington Transitional Jobs team operates two programs designed to connect job seekers to employers. Our programs include Community Jobs/Community Works program funding through the Department of Commerce and Limited Engligh Proficiency Employment pathway funded by the Office of Refugee and Immigrants . Our services include on-the-job work experience, job search activities, life enrichment workshops, referrals for education services, career planning, resume and application assistance, case management, and support services related to employment.
We also work with employers to assist them in finding skilled, qualified candidates to fill job openings. We are also able to assist in decreasing the training costs by subsidizing employee wages during their training period.
