The Rose Garden Events Center had there grand opening today. We dropped by with a veggie tray and deep fried bacon Mac balls. It’s a lovely now venue in downtown Spokane.

Yesterday we catered to a business downtown. Look at beautiful view from there break room.

They got our bbq pulled chicken and bbq pulled pork sliders with homemade slaw/w apples , cougar gold Mac, Caesar salad. With pickles and sliced red onion all served on the side for accompaniment.

Did a catering for the VFW in Elk, WA last week. Everyone was so nice out there. We made a Christmas themed charcuterie board , buffalo and bbq wings, spinach artichoke dip and, sausage bites. ⛄️❄️🎄
