Fall Quarter is here! SEER has a number of groups starting up next week and in October. Mental Health The Mental Health Clinic offers support for wellbeing and mental health for the SCC community through individual and group therapy, psychoeducational groups, workshops, and medication assistance.

SEER Psychoeducational Groups
These will begin the week of July 8th and run length of quarter, on ground and online simultaneously.

Know Thyself Group
This group is designed to get you to know your most important subject matter: YOU! Self-knowledge is so powerful as it helps us to know ourselves better, to guide our decisions and our interactions with others. This group will be a new way to get to know various aspects of yourself in a fun, nonthreatening atmosphere.
Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:30-10:20, SCC campus building 7, Room 131 or online.

Transition to College Group
Learn skills for use in the classroom as well as the various resources available to you at the college level. You will also experience what comprises a successful student as you ready yourself for credit class enrollment.
Mondays and Wednesdays from 11:30-12:20, SCC campus building 7, Room 131 or online.

General Support Group
This group will begin the week of July 8th and run length of quarter, on ground and online simultaneously.

The Support Group offers a space to come, connect, share your story, and receive support, assistance and encouragement.
Tuesdays from 2:30-3:30 SCC campus building 7, Room 131 or online.
