Valleyfest Valleyfest is held each September kicking off with the Hearts of Gold Parade on Sprague Avenue on Friday night followed by an array of events at Mirabeau Point Park, Plantes Ferry Sports Complex and CenterPlace Regional Event Center in the Spokane Valley.
