The Downtown Spokane Partnership Post Work-Out Series, sponsored by Numerica Credit Union, starts tomorrow, July 9, and returns every Thursday through August 27 from 6-7pm, just steps outside River Park Square on Post Street.

Head downtown after work, park in the River Park Square garage, browse the latest activewear at lululemon, Athleta, Nike, and more, then roll out your mat for a free outdoor community workout.

No mat? lululemon will have complimentary mats available to borrow while supplies last.

Each week features a new local instructor and studio, from Eclipse Power Yoga and Barre 3 to River City Pilates, BAHAY BEING, Farm Girl Fit, and The Union. All ages and fitness levels are welcome.
