I’m super excited to start up these workshops again! Renee Lopez has graciously allowed me to host a workshop at Retama ❤️ It will be May 15 from 9-1. The format will be unmounted relaxation and mindfulness exercises and discussion during the first half (think restorative yoga) with mounted sessions the second half to incorporate a mindset approach in the saddle. Feel free to reach out to me with any questions. I’ll be building the format to focus on what people really want help with (from fear based issues to competition anxiety) and my intention is for participants to leave with new practical tools to enhance their riding.
