You know what I’m most amazed by?⁣

The fact that in order to feel happy I just really need to feel my breath in the space that I am. ⁣
I’ve noticed I tend to hold my breath sometimes, and when I truly let it flow, it starts giving me this sense of peace and “everything is going to be alright” sensation.⁣
Right now, where you are… take a BIG inhale and with a thunderous sound let it go.⁣
