On Friday, September 13th, Maddie Moreno and her family were in St. Louis for a soccer event when she developed a dangerous fever. After the fever subsided and the family flew home, Maddie’s condition worsened during a layover in Dallas, leading to sepsis and an emergency admission to the ICU at Children’s Medical Center. Diagnosed with a rare, life-threatening infection, Maddie is under expert care but faces a long road to recovery. To support her and her family with medical expenses, travel costs, and ongoing care, her soccer community has set up this GoFundMe. Your contributions will help them through this challenging time as Maddie fights for her life.
- This Saturday (Nov. 2) Sassy Snacks will be having a “Maddie Day” all of our personal proceeds will be going towards the support of Maddie and her family!
