Mental Health Awareness Month isn’t just about awareness; it’s about the people creating change!
In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, we would like to recognize all of the staff who make the mission of Ripple Ranch Possible.
Our Business Development team, Jennifer Case, Kaycee Chesney, and Alumni Coordinator Skyler Wellman, set up an ice cream bar for staff.
Most people expect a treatment center to try to “sell” them something.
That’s not how this should work.
When someone reaches out in a moment of crisis, they deserve clarity, not pressure. They deserve to talk to someone who understands what they’re facing and can help them make the best decision, even if that path doesn’t start here.
At Ripple Ranch, we believe being a resource comes first. That means answering questions honestly, offering guidance, and connecting people to the right level of care, whether it’s with us, with Continuum Outpatient, or another trusted partner.
Because the goal isn’t to “win” a call.
It’s to help someone take the next right step.
