My knee has been hurting just like one’s nutrition might be. But when we have a pain, we get help, yet we let our nutrition, the core being of what keeps us healthy, undervalued and ailing.
I am rehabbing my knee, slowly. S. L. O. W. L. Y.
But we do not allow a slow and steady nutritional rehabilitation.
We want a quick fix, like a shot to my knee. It is easy to do but does not resolve the root problem.
Shots wear out, so do diets.
Fixing the issue, though sometimes frustrating, offers a lifetime of rewards. I can work hard and commit for 2 months if the remaining years of my life benefit. That is a good return!!
The rest of your life deserves your hard work and patience.

Carnivore day 4.
Weight 172.
Movement: Morning workout. 4 mile run in evening.
I wasn’t eating fairy hotdogs today, mainly beef.
Steak cubes cooked in coconut oil, 3 burger patties, some cubed steak. Pork rinds, sour cream and some Greek yogurt. I allowed a little cheat to help stave off a big cheat on the horizon.
Do you know eating protein burns 25-30% of the calories off the top? So if you ate a 100 calorie piece of meat, it only accounts for about 70 calories due to the thermic effect of utilizing the protein!! Win!!
My inflammation during my runs are getting better. Some pain came at mile two but did not affect my run. My energy is high throughout the day and now that I am adding more variety, I am enjoying my food each day!
