When you're selling your home there are a few things that can help you sell more confidently. I recommend getting your own 4 point Inspection prior to putting the house on the market, especially if it's an older home. Here's why:

-Any home sale that has a mortgage from a bank or traditional lending institution will require home owners insurance. Home owners insurance will require a clean 4 point inspection. So, one way or another, a 4 point inspection will be done on the home.

-Getting ahead of the repairs that will need to be made saves time and money.

-Stating you have already had a 4 Pt inspection completed & sharing it gives potential buyers confidence.

A 4 Point inspection is not a complete inspection, it focuses it's scope on, the roof, the electrical, the A/C & the plumbing. What I like to call "the big ticket items".

This is such a great house 🏠 & now it's under contract! Located on the 9th Hole, a par 4⛳️ , at the Babe Zaharious Golf Course. I know the new owners are gonna love living there. As I mentioned before (previous post), this house is unique & it was not going to last!
