We know refills are nice because they cost less but they also are supposed to take up less time for the artist. If you book a refill and come in with less than 40% of your lashes still on, if you go longer than 3 weeks between refills, or if your extensions are mostly grown out and need to be removed, that is considered a full set appointment. It will take considerably more time for your artist to complete your lashes than the time allotted for a refill appointment. If we are booked up that day and your refill actually needs to be a removal and new set there is a very good chance you won’t be able to have your lashes done until you rebook. The key is communication, please feel free to reach out to your Artist with any questions or concerns you may have in order to avoid these situations.
