I really understand all the problems people are having trying to buy a house and to get a rental I feel for the people that can’t afford to pay over the listed price it’s nice the realtors are making more money and the sellers are making more money but you still have to look at the people that are trying to buy on a budget this will all level out again it might take some time but it will level out I want to thank all my customers that I’ve had for the last 33 years I’m not going out of business I will never do that but you might not see me advertise a whole lot which I don’t do most of my work is done by referrals I think the loyal people that I’ve had for many years and many more years to come
