We been busy draining ponds, rebuilding the storm drains and waterfall at Hampton woods Shawnee. Last few weeks of rain has been a challenge. But we have the new electric service, pipe and 80% of the concrete done. Now we just need to finish another pour, epoxy, asphalt and set pumps and pump lines. Then install decorative rock and landscape. Hope to be be done in 3 weeks.

Monday’s storm tore up our job site fence over at Claridge Court in Prairie Village Ks. But we won’t let it slow us down. Be on the look out when your on Mission Rd and Somerset. Going to be an awesome water feature and new signage added shortly.

Like we said earlier we are bad at posting what we been up to. But here is a home we are building for the most amazing clients ever out in South Paola. We will get some updated pics soon.

Another project we have been proud to be selected to do. Complete gut and build out for Kansas City’s top premier custom home builder Don Julian. It has been such an honor to be doing this project for and with them. When this is complete it will be 1 heck of a show piece!
