La Lechonera is place where pork is the specialty, La Lechonera started in Tampa, Florida in 1990 by the owners Eddie & Lucy who are Puerto Rican and had a passion to bring their food culture to Tampa, Florida. Eddie was born in Orocovis, Puerto Rico from a large family 10 brothers and sisters in all had a dream of owning his own restaurant like the ones he knew growing up in the island. After 28 years and still succeeding until today, we have decided to bring you the same flavors to Spring Hill in February 2016. We know that Eddie Sr. would be so proud to see his legacy live on and spread to Spring Hill, after loosing him 9 years ago from cancer. We are very passionate and happy to bring all those authentic dishes and flavors from the island to right here in Spring Hill. We hope you choose to dine with us and be our guest as our guest are like family to us.
