Funeral services are being handled per Strickland Funeral Home in Wendell.

We love her and miss her so much already.

Days gone by

In the Pilot Community on Wednesday nights, you could usually find the men here. Discussing everything from how rich the soil would be this year to who would meet Jesus next. There was some good people who sat around the old wood stove eating peanuts and drinking little glass coca colas. Many have gone on, some can’t fight the cold anymore and some have other obligations now. I think when it warms up we just may get out there and invite everyone around to just gather together and socialize. Catch up. Actually see each other. If you have ever spent any time here we hope that you miss it as much as we do.
