The Spring Lake Band Department was founded in 1959 by Harold Luoma. The bands are under the direction of Mike Truszkowski and Mark Grevengoed.

TONIGHT!! Meet in the band room to start!
Calling all 8th-11th graders! Come join the AWARD WINNING Spring Lake Marching Band for Fall 2026! This fall, we are going to have an amazing show that is very visual and we need dancers or anyone interested in dance or colorguard to come be a part of it! No experience needed. Here below is a link if you know someone interested- we'd love to see you. Colorguard members are also eligible to go to Disney and Universal in Winter 2027.
