Spring Lake District Library is seeking applicants for the position of Library Clerk for 20-25 hours per week. Under the supervision of the Circulation Supervisor, Library Clerks work with computers, handle daily circulation work, work with library materials, handle monetary transactions and reconcile the cash drawer, assist the public with finding library materials and provide information regarding library events.

Training is provided. Minimum requirements include a High School diploma or GED. Must be comfortable with technology and have a strong commitment to customer service. This is a part-time position that starts at $16.84 an hour. Evening and weekend shifts are required. First review of applicants is Monday, June 8. Open until filled.
