Stone flattening process. After we receive rough block stones, we flatten them by hands one by one. Once this process is done, we wait until they are completely air dry. We inspect each stone, then we stick them to colored backing aluminum plates. These aluminum plates make Nano Hone a unique stone maker!

We make this huge lapping disk at home using our diamond resins. We make other products like Strops, Groomers, Plates, Files and most popular Truers.
