Phase 2 well under way

Phase 1 remodeling of this whole home remodel on Spring Lake wrapped up in 2022 consisting of a new front entry, kitchen and infrastructure upgrades. Shortly after the dust settled, we went to work on phase 2, completing the rest of the project, now underway, consisting of a new roof, insulation, windows, siding, doors, decks and landscaping as well as remodeling the master suite and main living area. Quite an undertaking. Thankful for a patient but demanding owner.
