🎶💙 The first day of Summer Saints was filled with music, laughter, friendship, and faith!

Today, Sister Carole and Mrs. Bencivenga led our students and residents of The Arbors in learning about St. Cecilia, the patron saint of music.

From sharing fun facts about St. Cecilia and laughing over silly music jokes (“What’s a cat’s favorite subject in school? Meow-sic!” 😸🎵), to playing Guess That Tune, and enjoying Saint Bingo, there was no shortage of smiles.

Our students also spent time getting to know the residents, hearing stories about their childhoods, education, careers, and how life has changed over the years. Their wisdom and experiences reminded us that learning from the past helps shape our future.

The morning ended with a special treat and a prayer of gratitude.

Our 8th graders lived their faith through Mission: Jersey, serving others. Every act of kindness made a difference and reminded us that faith is best lived through service.
