I am going to try a brookie roll cookie on Friday. It looks so good. I will roll out the cookie dough, spread the brownie batter on it, roll it up, freeze to make it hard, and then slice and bake. I just saw a video of it on Facebook, so I hope it works good. I have wanted to try a brookie for a long time, but not tried it yet. I am excited to see how it turns out. It sounds amazing.
