💥HOW IT STARTED VS HOW IT’S GOING💥
There are so many lessons learned. One thing for sure is to trust the process, stay consistent, and try new things so that you can learn what works best for you.
I had to learn the hard way through a lot of things but going in this path of health and wellness made me realize how much I want to help people avoid that so that they can meet there goals.
Health shouldn’t be as complicated as it seems.

The key is to always be in control of the weight. DON’T LET THE WEIGHT CONTROL YOU. LEAVE YOUR EGO OUT OF IT 🗣
Also, try and keep your arms straight so that you actually engage the chest and not the biceps. I see this too often.

💥Carb cycling is effective but not for everyone. Try it for yourself and see how you feel.
💥Low-fat dieting doesn’t mean no fat! It is still important to eat healthy fats in moderation on a balanced diet.
