New month, new outlook! Let's get back to fit! Join me as we squat, sculpt and sweat during September's Fitness Challenge. This week we're measuring what you're made of! I'll be offering free body composition analysis as part of this month's challenge. Let's get ready to burn it out for the next 30 days!
Small group classes will be offered Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30PM. Bring and friend!
