Thanksgiving PSA for my fellow squash lovers 📢

Some people may develop an allergy to raw butternut squash skin with repeated exposure. This can lead to "squash hands" (allergic contact dermatitis) and symptoms like redness, peeling, tightness, itching, and burning.

The good news? Gloves and pre-cut squash can save the day!

And though it may irritate the skin upon contact for some people (myself included), it's actually packed with antioxidants and nutrients, like Vitamin C and fiber, that support skin and gut health. Stay tuned for one of my favorite ways to enjoy butternut squash this season!
