Come join us for a meditation focused on the power we gain from being present with our breath. In our busy lives we can take our breath for granted. Often we don’t breathe deep enough and in stressful times we even hold our breath. We would love for you to come spend a few minutes remembering what it’s like to breathe and memorizing the feeling so you can take it into your daily life.
