If you’re running Meta ads, this is something you need to stay on top of. Meta is now letting businesses connect their calendar directly to Instant Forms, meaning leads can book an appointment without ever leaving Facebook or Instagram.

I’m really interested to see how this plays out. For the right businesses, this could remove a lot of friction from the customer journey. Not every business needs a long landing page or a complicated funnel.

Sometimes fewer steps it takes for someone to book, the better. We’re definitely going to be testing this with clients/ourselves and seeing how it impacts conversion rates. This could end up being a pretty big update.
