The promise: Immanuel means “God with us”. A promise that God himself would walk among us.

The promise: David prophesied the begotten son of God. The son had a beginning when God was manifest in the flesh. As it says in Hebrews 10:5: “Sacrifice and offering You did not desire, But a body You have prepared for Me.”
The Messiah is the only begotten son of God.
