Edward Jones - Financial Advisor: Philip Barrington

Finished another book for 2024. This was an incredible read. I think it's probably the most impactful "secular" book I've read. Stephen Covey was quite the person. I really enjoyed the New Insights portions of the book and I plan to refer back to this book often throughout my life. I think the most convicting portion was actually the "Inside Out Again."

If you haven't read it, I HIGHLY encourage you to no matter where you are in life, what you do in life, or who you are. This should be required reading at every company. FranklinCovey

Finished reading Dan Heath's upcoming book last week. Fantastic read and loved every bit of it.

In his book, Dan provides a multitude of intriguing examples where organizations were living with systems that weren't working and how they resolved them. His book has already helped me identify "Bright Spots" and leverage them to improve. I think this book will become one I strive to read at least every other year to remind me how to improve systems.
