1️⃣And sometimes it is about weight loss. Nothing like losing 50 pounds to go enjoy the vacation of a lifetime. This client started walking and tracking his food knowing that he wanted to live a long healthy life ahead and that he wasn’t headed down the right path. He reached out and we began the journey together. Let’s just say that he did not love the journey ay first, but he most definitely loved the results and that’s what kept him going😎 Now in maintenance he knows exactly how to eat for his body still enjoying food and living large while keeping himself in check. 2024 is going to look amazing on him🥳
2️⃣ And still sometimes you don’t even do it for you, you do it for your loved ones❤️ You find the internal strength to do it because you want to be the best role model for those you love the most. You want to make bold statements in their lives that they are worth your damn hard work💪🏻 The cycle stops with you and the new generation of your precious family begins and continues for the rest of time.

Sometimes it’s not about weight loss…sometimes, it’s about weight gain😳 Putting on lean mass without putting on body fat is not easy; in fact, it’s downright scary. But we did it!!! ✨Busybody Nutrition✨We got 20 pounds of pure muscle on him, and he now has an even lower body fat % than before! We’re not stopping yet, as Ryan has huge goals ahead, but hitting that 20 # gain at 12% body fat had to be noted🥳 So so proud of him! This is what eating 3300 calories and doing 6 days a week of high intensity programmed weight training will do for you. He’s busy AF but even on holiday vacations and work trips, he tracks his food and drops in daily to work out. Zero excuses pays off🔥💪🏻 Special thanks to who scans our clients!

Finding baby Jesus in the king cake on Mardi Gras night only means one thing…ashes on the forehead the next day😇🙏 Feasting to fasting in 24 hours also includes no meat on Ash Wednesdays and Fridays. My clients know that I preach “steelhead trout” for these types of days🐟It has the same consistency, look, and taste of salmon with more protein and only 1/3 of the fat. Drizzle with a 1/4 tbs of olive oil per filet and season to your liking, then wrap in foil and bake for 15 minutes. Can even put sliced potatoes and veggies in foil packets as well for a full meal🥔🍠🫑🍅🥦Delicious, nutritious, and best of all…easy🥳🎉
