Another rate cut by the feds is expected in November 2024 to cool inflation of PCE personal consumption expenditure
Honestly we should demand the rate to remain (so our money is worth something) and that the government release all the houses they foreclosed on (Fannie and Freddy) that alone would cool the housing market by increasing the inventory. NOTE: MLS has not seen REO or foreclosed listings of houses since 2012!
