Wednesday means Chicken Fried Steak Night at Lynn’s Table — and there’s nothing quite like fork-tender beef tenderloin, hand-breaded and shallow-fried in beef tallow, topped with rich pan gravy and served with Yukon Gold mashed potatoes and caramelized Brussels sprouts.
