Let me be clear, I’ve ALWAYS had expensive taste. I loveeeeeeee nice things. I would say within the past 6 months I had a little coming to Jesus moment with myself and really honed in on what made ME feel good. Was it designer bags and shoes? Was it constantly investing back into my career by taking all the classes? Was it new clothes? If we are being honest, they all make me happy to an extent but the thing that makes me the happiest is taking care of my body (physically, mentally and aesthetically). At the end of the day the car I drive, the clothes I wear and the places I shop don’t make me FEEL better. Eating healthy, moving my body, investing in a health coach and personal trainer, red light therapy, sauna sessions, therapy, peptides, lasers for my skin, anti aging ANYTHING- that is what makes me FEEL good. Call me a narcissist, but I like knowing I look good….

When I walk into the room I want the first impression to be that I am driven, consistent, self motivated and dedicated. I could care less if they remember what designer bag I was wearing. I have watched the majority of my family struggle with weight, constant health and mental health issues, cardiovascular problems, cancer, thyroid problems, dimentia, you name it - I’m not going to settle for someone telling me those are my “genetics”. I’m going to actively work to be the bill of health that my dad and his dad before him chose to ignore. I choose health 💪🏼
