Spring 77389 Market Update – March 2026
We are starting to see a slight shift, not a dramatic change, but something worth paying attention to.
Inventory has increased a bit, and homes are taking slightly longer to sell. At the same time, homes are still selling close to list price when they’re priced correctly.
That tells me the market is becoming more selective.
Buyers have more options now, but the best homes are still competitive. For sellers, pricing right from the start is making a bigger difference than it did even a month ago.
