Job Title: Licensed Lawn Maintenance Spray Applicator
Houston/Spring, Tx / Full-Time

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Licensed Lawn Maintenance Spray Applicator to join our team. This role is responsible for applying fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides to commercial and residential properties while ensuring safety, compliance, and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
• Apply fertilizers, herbicides, insecticides, and other treatments according to label instructions and company standards
• Diagnose turf, w**d, and pest issues and recommend appropriate treatments
• Operate and maintain spray equipment and related tools
• Follow all state and federal regulations regarding chemical application and safety
• Maintain accurate application records and reports
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and clients
• Ensure job sites are left clean, safe, and professional

Qualifications:
• Valid [TEXAS] Pesticide Applicator License (Required)
• Previous experience in lawn care, turf management, or chemical application preferred
• Knowledge of turfgrass types, w**ds, and common pests
• Ability to operate spray rigs, backpack sprayers, and related equipment
• Strong attention to detail and safety practices
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and operating equipment
• Comfortable working in heat, humidity, and other outdoor conditions

Waypoint Commercial Landscape is looking for an experienced Commercial Landscape Maintenance Crew Lead/Driver. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality work, can lead by example, and keeps jobs running smoothly and safely.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise a landscape maintenance crew on commercial sites
• Perform daily maintenance tasks (mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, clean-ups, etc.)
• Ensure work meets company quality standards and schedules
• Train and support crew members
• Communicate with supervisors regarding site conditions, needs, and issues
• Maintain safe work practices and care for equipment

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of crew lead or supervisory experience
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to lead a crew and keep projects on schedule
• Valid driver’s license is a plus
